Skin plays a vital role in body heat regulation,synthesis of vitamin D,maintain melanin,repair tissues and provide insulation.Skin varies in population from dry to oily skin to non-oily skin. So, skin is the vital part of our body.

Include milk in your beauty and skin care routine for getting soft and glowing skin. Using milk for skincare and for beauty reasons milk clears the dirt and dead cell from the pores. It prevent oily skin,
